Introduction

      Austin, the capital of Texas, the 11th most popular city in the United States and
the 4th popular city in Texas, it is also the fastest growing large city in the United
States, the second most popular stated capital after Phoenix, Arizona!!! Do you know
that Austin gets the most sunshine in the United States, the people of Austin gets 300
days of sunshine out of 365 days, and another interesting fact is that the peoples in
Austin celebrates Eeyore’s birthday!!! They have been celebrating that day ever since
the 1963.

Austin, the city of Texas

Austin, the city of Texas, is a really nice city, some people would choose to live
there because of the low cost of living and high quality lifestyle. Do you know
that Austin is the 9th best performing metro in the US MCT index (Metro Clean
Tech), and Austin’s metro home price is $245,000 out of $280,900!!! Austin is
actually one of the fittest cities in the US (14th), they have lakes for water sports,
250+ gyms running and biking trails and 30+ unique swimming holes, it’s also
the greenest city in Texas, the most energy efficient city in the US and the top
then clean tech cities. The education of Austin is great too Austin-area high
school rank in US News top 500, the university of Texas ranks among Princeton
review’s best value colleges and it has the 7th largest single campus enrollment
with 50,000+ undergraduate and graduate students. There in Austin there are
great employment opportunities, it is consistently named the best city for jobs.
Austin is also the best place to raise a family, partly because the rate of crime in
Austin is very low and they have good neighbors.

The music of Austin + The many festivals of Austin

Austin is the best city for music, they had Austin City Limits Music Festival held
in Austin every year, that is one of the reasons Austin is the Live Music capital of
the world, the slogan became official after they’ve discovered that Austin had
more live music venues per capita than anywhere else in the nation.

Austin has a lot of festivals, including Austin City Limit, Austin film festival, fun
fun fun fest, old pecan street festival.

Brentwood christian school (a private school in Austin)

Brentwood christian school’s core beliefs are that they believed in God,
they believed that God is the creator and sustainer of the universe, and

Where There's a Will There's s Way

When  you have a will, you’ll have a goal, and when you have a goal, you’ll need patience, confidence. In one of my magic tree house collections, there is this sentence in the book that said: ‘Tis a Lesson you should Heed, Try Try Again. If at First you Don’t succeed, Try Try Again.

For instances: J.K.Rowling, the richest women in the UK, a single mother that raise three children Jessica Arantes, David Murray and Mackenzie Murray, she had two husbands one was a Portuguese journalist, and the other was a anaesthetist. Having three children was really a challenge to her because, she had to wait for her child to go to sleep so that she can write her books, she went to the coffee shop so that she can have enough light for writing. Another example is Thomas Edison, the inventor of light bulb, he tried thousands of time just to get the right ingredient, it’s really easy to imagine how it turn out when he didn’t get the right ingredient, it might explode, he fail thousands of time, and only succeed once, and he didn’t even give up.

In Taiwan these is this adage that said when God closes a door, he must open another window. If the door is closed doesn’t mean that you can’t climb out the window, meaning that if there is an obstacle in front you your way to you goal, you can just go over it, and it’s the same thing with where there’s a will, there’s a way, if you really want to accomplish that goal, you’ll do anything to get there, and you’ll felt like there’s nothing stopping you.

Introduction

Flowers are everywhere, all over the world. In all plants flowers
are the prettiest of all kind, i like rose the best, so does my mom,
does any of you like roses? I like dandelions too, they are fun the
play with, unfortunately i haven't seen dandelion for a long time now,
but I've seen daisies very often, they are everywhere. All over the
place. I feel good to see flower or even to smell flower. Mostly i go
to grandma’s house every Saturday to look for flowers.

Roses

Do you see rose very often? I didn’t. That’s why me and my
mom loved rose so much. Something you don’t see everyday seems
very special. Like snow. I live in Taiwan and it doesn’t snow every
often, so when me and my family  goes somewhere that snows, we’d
be very excited. That’s how my family felt about rose, it not like you
can see roses as often as daisies.

My house use rose as decorations. But it’s expensive so we
don’t use it  often. The first time I get my first rose was when i
graduate kindergarten, my mother bought me flowers and i plant it
in the living room. Because my mother loved rose very much, and i
loved it also.

Daisies

Daisies are the most flower in the world, more than roses, more
than any other flowers. And you can find daisies everywhere.

When i past the road i see the daisies everywhere, and every time
i past one, i pick one, they make me think of grandma’s house, there
are daisies at my grandma’s house.

You probably won’t think daisies as a special flower, i mean
what’s so special about it if you see it everyday, but that’s why it’s
so special, because someday if you don’t see it anymore. You felt
like something in your life has lost forever.

Dandelion

       Dandelion is one of my favorite flower, it’s not really a flower, it’s more like wild grass, anyway,dandelion make me happy , i don’t know why, but seeing it made my heart flatter, it’s fun to blow on it and make the seed fly. That’s why i like it.

       Dandelion is a really cool flower because it’s seeds look like flowers, and when you blow it it’s seeds fall off and start to grow a new patch somewhere else.

       Everyone has blown a dandelion, that is a part of everyone’s childhood. I seen some dandelion at my grandma’s house they are almost everywhere, all over the place. And next summer I'm gonna find more.

Introduction

Robot contests are contests for the robots, sometime fight, sometimes race and always different
if there is a robot contest , maybe i’ll go. But you’ll have to make sure that where is the contest
or when does it starts, that’s why there webs for all robot contests.

Robots

Now in the 2017 many robots are built, such as Romo and Sophia……, many are designed by
teenagers, every single one of you can make a robot if your robot is very good, it might be
famous, and you might be famous also . In order to do that you can go to a robot competition,
to see if your robot is the best, sometime it not always “the best” but you like it. If you didn’t
win this time, try again next time.

There is a competition called FIRST Robotic competition.

Robot Contest

Robot contest is a kind of test that come from all around the world, in China in Taiwan in
America……, robot contest almost end immediately sometime when the other side is very good, you
won’t even have the time to run when it smack your robot into pieces, you might win very fast or lose
very fast depend on yourself. Losing and winning isn’t the point, the point is that you learn to make
your robot better and better.

Robots threatening human jobs

Robots will threaten human jobs very soon, and bedside nursing all of the jobs are in danger, (well
unless you are an robot designer), most people thinks that robot will threaten human jobs , but very
little believed that it will be their jobs. Think about it, if you’re a teacher, would you think that your job
will be taken by a robot? no right. And that’s the problem, because if you are not prepared you might
be surprised, and ask why, so everyone has to be prepared that someday you might don’t have a job.

How to change robots threatening human jobs

How to stop robots threatening human jobs? Well, be a robot designer, get another job, be the one
controlling the robots or let the robots do the job and we don’t need money to buy things……, normally
people would talk about the last one, but we are going to tell you all of it,

Be a robot designer

Why be a robot designer? Because if you are a robot designer you can built the robot and it is a job you can not
destroy, if you destroy it, you you won’t have any robots to do the work.

Get another job

Get another job don’t always work out well, because if there is no more jobs, you can’t find any, if you can’t find
any, how can you get one ?

Be the one controlling the robots

If you are the one controlling the robot, you’ll have a job, and you can at least get some money, and you can still
live you life, but if you think about it, if there is no jobs for us humans, then who will be the one looking at
stores? Still robots?

Good Use for Robots

There are good use for robots too, you can gave the robot all the  hard work and it
won’t even complain, and of you gave it to humans, we’ll complain. Sometime human
can’t handle a lot of weight, so we'll love that to the machines, machine is not like
humans we get tired and take a rest,  robots don’t need to take a rest, and they can carry
heavy weight. So humans are not always the right people for every job.

Terrorist Attack

Introduction

Terrorist attack is something very scary, there is one that happened over the year (2017) in the UK. there is this London attack, finsbury park attack……. All these attack are horrible,and some police even sacrificed their life to save other people’s life.

Terrorist attack

Terrorist attack is something that nobody want it to happen, because when it happened, lot of people die, so that is why we always lock the door at night and never forgets to close the door when we are out, but in our country we don’t have terrorist attack often, so feel free to come to taiwan.

And if you think that you will be in danger if you are out of your house, my sugges is don’t leave the house. But it is impossible never to leave the house, so just be careful and everything will be alright. And if you think that someone is following you run away from them, or get back to you home as soon as possible

London attack

I think london attack is very terrible, because it lasted 82 seconds which is 1 minute and 22 seconds. That’s very long for an terrorist attack. It begin at 14:40 when Khalid Masood drove a car hired from a depot in Birmingham. PC Keith Palmer Who was wearing a protective vest but was not armed was stabbed and killed afterward masood was shot by armed police officer.

How Do I Think of Terrorist Attack

I think terrorist attack is very very scary and when it happened it gets very terrible think that’s why it’s called terrorist attack. T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E and T-E-R-R-O-R-I-S-T is very similar, don’t you think?

Everytime there is a terrorist attack bad thing would happened, so we try to prevent it from happening. Extra secure and stuff like that.
